Prospective Students
Requirements upon Admission
for Nursing Assistant
1. Must be at least 18 years of age
2. Must have completed at least eight years of grade school or provide proof of equivalent knowledge (GED)
3. Demonstrate proof of computer basic skills
4. Must have a good moral character
-Health Care Worker Registry lists individual with a background check conducted pursuant to the Health Care Worker Background Check Act (225 ILCS 46)
- criminal background check form will be filled up at school
5. TB test results ( otherwise we can give you at school)
6. CPR certification ( otherwise we conduct CPR class at school )
7. Down payment of $200
for Practical Nursing
1. Proof of identification
2. Proof of current license in Illinois as a Nurse Aide
3. TB test result
4. CPR certification
5. Completion of five Prerequisite subjects ( Please see our curicullum program)
